Council's web site links to the BPay system, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cardlink Services Limited (CSL), and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia's BPoint system, in order to offer online payment services in a secure environment. You acknowledge that all payments that you process through the Bpay or BPoint systems are subject to the terms and conditions of those services. All financial details which you provide for the purposes of making a payment to Council within the BPay or BPoint services are not within the power or control of Council.
Competitive neutrality
Sutherland Shire Certification Services, Sutherland Entertainment Centre, Council's Operational Property Unit, Council's commercial/business waste services, and Council's long day child care centres are 'Sutherland Shire Council category 1 and 2' businesses. Costs for their inclusion on Council's web site are part of administration costs which these businesses pay to Council, under competitive neutrality principles.
